Ingredients

  • 1.5-2 lbs chicken (breast or thighs), cut into chunks
  • 2-3 tbsp ranch seasoning
  • 3-5 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup grated parmesan
  • 2-3 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
  • Salt & black pepper (to taste)

Method

  1. Step 1: Prep The Chicken
Cut your chicken into bite-sized chunks—about 1 to 1.5 inches.
Pat them dry. It seems small, but it helps the seasoning stick better.
  2. Step 2: Season Everything
In a large bowl, toss the chicken with:
    Ranch seasoning
    Garlic
    Parmesan
    Olive oil or butter
Mix until everything is well coated. It should look a little messy—that’s a good sign.
If you have time, let it sit for 20–30 minutes. If not, go ahead and cook. It’ll still taste great.
  3. Step 3: Build The Skewers
    Thread the chicken onto skewers.
Don’t pack them too tight. A little space helps them cook evenly—and gives you those slightly crispy edges.
  4. Step 4: Cook (pick your method)
    Air fryer (fastest and easiest)
    Preheat to 375°F
    Cook for 10–12 minutes
    Flip halfway through
    Oven
Bake at 400°F for 20–25 minutes
Broil for 2–3 minutes at the end for a golden finish
    Grill
    Medium heat
    Cook for 10–15 minutes
    Turn every few minutes
Whichever method you choose, aim for an internal temp of 165°F.
  5. Step 5: Finish And Serve
Sprinkle extra parmesan on top. Maybe a little parsley if you’re feeling fancy.
You could also brush them with melted butter. Not necessary—but honestly, it makes them even better.
