rinsed & drained

–2 cups cherry tomatoes
halved

Kalamata olives

Dressing:

–5 tbsp olive oil

–3 tbsp lemon juice

–2 tbsp red wine vinegar

–2 cloves garlic

Salt & pepper
Method
Prep all vegetables and rinse chickpeas
Whisk dressing ingredients together
Combine everything in a large bowl
Toss gently until evenly coated
Let sit 10–15 minutes (optional, but recommended)
