Jalapeño Popper Wonton Cups

Ingredients
  

  • 24 wonton wrappers
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 2 jalapeños
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Press wonton wrappers into a greased muffin tin and bake for 6–8 minutes until lightly golden.
  2. Cook bacon until crispy. Drain, cool, and crumble.
  3. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar, bacon, jalapeños, and seasonings until smooth.
  4. Spoon the filling evenly into the pre-baked wonton cups.
  5. Bake for 10–12 minutes until the filling is hot, cheese is melted, and edges are golden.
  6. Cool for 5 minutes. Top with bacon, jalapeños, green onions, and parsley. Serve warm.
