Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb steak (ribeye, strip, or sirloin)
  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1–2 tsp minced garlic

Method
 

  1. Bring steak to room temperature, pat dry, and season.
  2. Sear steak 5–7 minutes per side; rest 5–10 minutes.
  3. Cook shrimp in butter 1.5–2 minutes per side.
  4. Melt remaining butter; cook garlic for 30 seconds; add herbs.
  5. Return steak and shrimp, then spoon garlic butter over the top.
