Method
- Sauté onion, carrots, and celery in butter and oil (6–8 minutes). Add garlic; cook 30 seconds.

- Stir in flour; cook 1 minute.

- Whisk in broth; simmer until thickened.

- Add pasta and cream; cook 12–15 minutes.

- Stir in chicken and peas; heat through.
