  • ¼ cup flour
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Salt, pepper, thyme

Method
 

  1. Sauté onion, carrots, and celery in butter and oil (6–8 minutes). Add garlic; cook 30 seconds.
