Chicken Spaghetti Recipe With Rotel

Ingredients
  

  • 8 –12 oz spaghetti
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes 10 oz
  • 1 –2 cans cream of chicken/mushroom soup
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ –1 cup chicken broth
  • –2 cups shredded cheese
  • Garlic powder onion powder, salt, pepper

Method
 

  1. Cook spaghetti until al dente; drain.
  2. Mix soup, Rotel, sour cream, broth, and seasoning.
  3. Combine pasta, chicken, and sauce; stir well.
  4. Transfer to baking dish, top with cheese.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 20–25 minutes until bubbly.
  6. Rest 5–10 minutes, then serve.
